CERA uses two models for our data driven instructional model: Paul Bambrick's model and Data Wise. Both processes allow school faculty to use a cycle of inquiry to answer questions about student learning while providing targeted feedback and next steps. Our goal is to use data to improve teaching and learning and school culture while making analysis an effective collaborative process that informs instruction.
We assess the needs of our schools and design a data-driven approach to develop sustained school improvement changes. Our faculty is trained to support school teams in developing processes to increase student achievement.
